A great help

I just wanted to say thank you to your team, who, yesterday morning were a great help to me and mum. I went to visit mum at home and unfortunately she was slipping out of her chair. I could not get her up and was alone. I phoned your number and was welcomed by a friendly lady who arranged for a couple of carers to come by and help us within twenty minutes. It was such a relief to be able to count on yourselves and to know that you really do care about your clients. Thank you once again.

Kindness and compassion

I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the care my dad, is receiving from your agency. Your staff have shown great kindness and compassion to us all. Please pass on our thanks. My mother would like to say that she receives ‘the very best of care and that she is totally satisfied with it’ From a family perspective the care my mother receives is above and beyond her care needs. Staff are truly caring and even visited my mother whilst in hospital. They care for the family as well, supporting us at a very difficult time and always offer support in a very compassionate, caring manner. My mother is treated with the utmost dignity and respect and we look upon her care staff as friends, who are welcome in our home and as part of our family.
