To influence care staff in understanding their responsibilities and treating Service Users with dignity and respect, all staff receive comprehensive induction training in the following areas:

  • Effective communication

    Training is refreshed on an annual basis, as a minimum, or more frequently in line with any changes to legislation or guidance. Our goal is to ensure that every individual we support is treated with fairness, dignity, respect, and humanity at all times.
