Care Assistant – Experienced
Job Description
At Jewel Home Support, our aim is to deliver quality and personalised care while working closely with service users and their families. We are an approved provider for the NHS and Bolton Council, offering care services across the borough of Bolton.
The care worker’s role will include:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance)
- Assisting with meal preparations
- Assisting with administering medication
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Working according to care plans and completing daily paperwork
- Assisting with shopping and supporting access to the community
- Assisting with light domestic duties
Skills required as a care worker:
- Self-motivated
- Organised
- Flexible
- Team player but also able to work on your own initiative
Driving Licence
Preferable – however, non-drivers will be considered for walking routes depending on experience.
